单轴撕碎机

单轴撕碎机专为大量撕碎各种材料而特殊设计，如打包成捆的薄膜、大块实心体料块、水口料、厚壁管材、托盘、汽车保险杠、木材等非金属制品。

特点：

1、转子上带有特殊的刀座，可安装方形刀块。方形刀块的设计确保了切割的高效率，并防止了热量产生。方形刀块一个角磨损后，只需简单地转换刀块的方向即可继续使用。根据客户不同的撕碎材料和最终颗粒要求，可选择不同刀具和筛网。

2、刀具高度可调整，以适应不同的材料。

3、刀座用螺栓固定，便于清洁保养。

4、为了能更好的撕碎大体积的材料，比如实心料块、托盘等，液压推杆前增加了锯齿状的推料板。为防止材料在推料器和破碎腔之间推积起来，推料器安装了尼龙滑板，使破碎材料顺畅进入破碎腔。由液压控制的推料器将待破碎材料不断推向转子，如果机器过载，转子将反转，而推料器则停止推进，返到起始位。
